GoHighLevel Calendar Showing No Availability? Fix the Basics

A booking page showing no slots does not necessarily mean the calendar is broken. Availability is the result of several overlapping rules.

What to check, in order

  1. Check the date range. Confirm the visitor is viewing dates that are actually bookable, including minimum notice and maximum advance booking windows.
  2. Inspect working hours. Review the calendar's available days, start and end times, breaks and assigned team members.
  3. Check appointment duration and buffers. Long appointments, buffer times and scheduling intervals can eliminate otherwise visible gaps.
  4. Review conflicts. Inspect connected calendars and busy events used for conflict checking. A personal event may legitimately block a slot.
  5. Check time zones. Compare the visitor's display time zone with the calendar and staff time zones.
  6. Test as a visitor. Open the booking page in a private window and test a known available time without submitting a real customer booking.

Common questions

Why does the calendar show slots for one person but not another?

Team assignment, location settings, time zones or different booking links can change availability.

Should I remove all conflict calendars?

Not as a blanket fix. That can create double bookings. Identify the specific conflict first.
